To support increased production demand, we have upgraded our Quality Assurance lab with the latest KEYENCE IM-8000 Series Image Dimension Measurement System and transitioned our existing automated optical systems to a dedicated role for our cleanroom operations.

This instant measurement system allows us to detect defects beyond human eye recognition with incredible speed. It utilizes a 20-megapixel CMOS sensor to visualize minute edges that were previously difficult to see.

• Efficient Production: We can measure up to 300 dimensions on a part in seconds. By adding this system, we have separated our production inspection from our cleanroom inspection. Cleanroom parts can now be measured instantly without ever leaving the controlled environment, while production parts get their own dedicated, state-of-the-art system.
• Proactive Quality: We are catching issues live, during production. This eliminates the need for sorting or scrapping parts and drastically reduces the chance of nonconforming parts being shipped.
• Consistency: The system completely eliminates operator error, ensuring the exact same results every single time.
