Beaumont Advanced Processing (BAP) is one of four companies under the Beaumont family umbrella, along with Beaumont Technologies, Beaumont Development, and the American Injection Molding Institute. The Beaumont Family of Companies was founded by John Beaumont in 1998 under the name Beaumont Runner Technologies and was dedicated to promoting and progressing MeltFlipper®.
The company has grown significantly over the last twenty-five years and now offers comprehensive services to the plastic injection molding industry, including Moldflow® simulation, consulting, education & training, material characterization, and production molding.
BAP was originally founded in 2012 to meet the production and process development needs of Beaumont’s customers. Since then BAP has expanded to also offer production molding, test specimen molding, material characterization (both Moldflow® and Therma-flo™), and a wide-range of consulting services.
Beaumont Advanced Processing is located in Erie, Pennsylvania and occupies over 12,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space, including a Class 8 cleanroom. BAP has over a dozen injection molding machines ranging from 3 to 330 US Tons and shot sizes from 0.1 oz. to 20.86 oz.
BAP is an ISO 9001:2015 and 13485:2016 certified organization.
Beaumont Advanced Processing is recognized as a company with rigorous standards for its molded products and services as well as its workforce - over 70% of BAP’s employees hold plastics engineering degrees.
