  • Multivariate Testing: We mold standardized tags under 25 different processing conditions to understand how a material's properties change.
  • Varying Key Parameters: We systematically change factors like melt temperature, fill speed, and pack pressure to see how they impact the material's final shrinkage.
  • Precision Measurement: The molded tags are then analyzed with our Optical Measurement System to produce precise data for simulation, tooling, and process development.
