Our presses range from 3 U.S. Tons to 330 U.S. Tons and they support shot sizes from 0.1 oz. to 20.86 oz.
We have experience molding a wide variety of plastic materials, including ABS, polycarbonate, polyethylene, nylon, acetal, and proprietary materials unique to our customers.
BAP can help you with process optimization or troubleshooting without having to source an additional supplier. We have immediate access to Beaumont’s Autodesk® Moldflow® simulation team, and can easily incorporate simulation analysis into any injection molding project when necessary.
